General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on the website bynelis.com. Any order placed on this site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered for sale on bynelis.com are handmade press-on nails. Product photographs and descriptions are as true to reality as possible. However, slight color variations may exist depending on your screen display settings.

Our products are sold in sets of 10 nails in different sizes to fit all hands.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (TTC). By Nelis reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Delivery costs are indicated separately during the order process. Delivery is free for purchases over €40.

4. Order

To place an order, you must:

Select the products and add them to the cart
Validate your cart
Provide your contact details and delivery address
Choose your payment method and confirm payment

A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been confirmed. By Nelis reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment or stock issues.

5. Payment

Payment is secure and can be made by:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
PayPal
Any other payment method offered on the site

The debit is made at the time of order confirmation. Your bank details are encrypted and secure — By Nelis never has access to your bank details.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

Metropolitan France: 5 to 10 business days
International: 10 to 20 business days

These times are indicative. By Nelis cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers or customs.

Delivery is free for purchases over €40. Below this amount, delivery charges apply and are indicated during the order process.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, contact us by email at contact.bynelis@gmail.com, specifying your order number.

⚠️ The right of withdrawal cannot apply to products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.

8. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product under the right of withdrawal:

Contact us by email within 14 days of receipt
Return the product in its original packaging, unopened and unused
Return shipping costs are your responsibility
The refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the return, via the same payment method used for the order

9. Warranty and Liability

Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code).

In case of a defective product or one that does not conform to your order, contact us at contact.bynelis@gmail.com as soon as possible with a photo of the product concerned.

10. Customer Service

Our customer service is available by email at contact.bynelis@gmail.com. We commit to responding to all inquiries within 48 business hours.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, you may resort to the consumer mediation service.
